Sankler Bergman · software developer in Brazil

Software for the operations of small and mid-sized businesses.

Deliveries, field service and sales, with a web dashboard, a mobile app and Pix payments (Brazil's instant payment system). Before writing any code, I gather what people complain about on Reclame Aqui (Brazil's largest consumer complaint site), in forums and in competitor reviews. Every feature answers one of those pain points.

Logística Local & Rotas

Last-mile delivery for carriers and retailers in Mato Grosso, Brazil. It connects, in real time, the dispatcher, the driver and the customer.

  • Customer PIN and proof of delivery with photo, GPS and signature, against “marked as delivered, but I never got it”.
  • Live tracking link, ready to send over WhatsApp.
  • Multi-stop route planning with vehicle load limits.
  • Pix following the Central Bank standard, and a wallet for self-employed (MEI) drivers.
  • Node.js
  • Next.js
  • React Native
  • Socket.io
  • Prisma

Private code. Screenshots use fictitious data.

Three phone screens: order tracking with the confirmation PIN, the driver's list of stops, and the MEI wallet with balance and annual cap

Scanner Doc

Photos, Word files or PDFs become a PDF right in the browser: automatic paper cropping, merging, splitting and compressing. No upload, no sign-up, no tracking, and it works offline.

  • JavaScript
  • Offline PWA
  • Canvas
  • Node test
Scanner Doc home screen: a button to choose photos, PDFs or Word files, and the promise that nothing leaves the device
In development

EmpilhaBurguer

Casual Android game: stack the burger ingredients with the right timing, with levels, a 60-second mode and a zen mode.

  • Kotlin
  • Jetpack Compose
  • Canvas 2D

How I work

From the problem to the shipped release, with every decision on record.

  1. Pain points with sources

I research what bothers the people who will use the product, with sources, and record each pain point with a priority. That record becomes the backlog.

  2. Specification

I define clear acceptance criteria before building.

  3. Tests

Automated tests, including security and role-based permission tests.

  4. Delivery

Numbered releases, with migrations rehearsed on a copy of the database, backups and post-release checks.
